Record Growth, #1 Conference ScoreIn early November, the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) released its Annual Performance Reports (APR), the state’s most comprehensive evaluation of district performance across academics, college and career readiness, attendance, and continuous improvement.

The Clinton School District is proud to announce a 2025 APR score of 83.7%, the highest among all 13 school districts in the Missouri River Valley Conference (MRVC) West and East divisions. Over the past three years, the district has demonstrated significant and continuous growth, rising from the 424th-ranked district to 191st out of Missouri’s 548 school districts.

"This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of our students, teachers, administrators, and support staff, along with the ongoing support of parents and the community," said Mr. Dan Brungardt, Superintendent of the Clinton School District. "Together, these efforts have created an environment where students are challenged, supported, and prepared for success both in the classroom and beyond. It’s a true testament to what can be accomplished when everyone works toward a common goal."

The Clinton School District looks forward to building on this success and expresses sincere appreciation to their students, teachers, staff, administrators, and community members. Their collective dedication and support foster an environment where students are challenged, encouraged, and given the tools and opportunities to grow and succeed.
