WHAT IF I MISSED THE BRIGHT FUTURES BACK TO SCHOOL FAIR REGISTRATION DEADLINE?
Families who missed the May 30 deadline can still sign up for supplies/backpack only, with the Mid-Day Optimists Club using their form located below.
DEADLINE TO USE THIS FORM IS JULY 24. If your child is a Clinton School District student, you can contact your CSD school social worker after August 19th for any additional items needed.
IF I COMPLETED THE BRIGHT FUTURES BACK TO SCHOOL FAIR FORM PRIOR TO MAY 30TH, DO I NEED TO USE THE FORM BELOW TO SIGN-UP FOR SUPPLIES?
NO. If you completed the Bright Futures Back to School Fair form prior to May 30, you do not need to complete the school supply form from the Mid-Day Optimists Club below.
As a reminder, the Back to School Fair will be held on August 6th from 4:00-6:00pm at the Benson Center.
