Online education offers learning choices that are effective, flexible and accessible. The Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) is designed to expand the range of courses and opportunities offered to students by increasing availability to online learning. Clinton School District offers online instruction through State Fair Community College, Missouri State University-West Plains, and a virtual learning partnership program with Springfield Public Schools called Launch. This virtual program allows students in grades 9-12 to take rigorous online courses. Through this program, general education classes along with dual credit classes are offered online for students.
