Online education offers learning choices that are effective, flexible and accessible. The Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) is designed to expand the range of courses and opportunities offered to students by increasing availability to online learning. For more information on Missouri’s Course Access Program, access the Department of Secondary and Elementary Education’s webpage.
