Online education offers learning choices that are effective, flexible and accessible. The Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) is designed to expand the range of courses and opportunities offered to students byLaunch Virtual Learning increasing availability to online learning. Clinton School District offers online instruction through State Fair Community College, Missouri State University-West Plains, and in a virtual learning partnership program with Springfield Public Schools called Launch. This virtual program allows students in grades 9-12 to take rigorous online courses. Through this program, general education classes along with dual credit classes are offered online for students. The Launch program has also expanded into the middle school and elementary grades.
